A Little More About Us

We are a small private practice. We offer our services in a quiet, relaxed setting. Because we feel that establishing a relationship is important in the healing process, our sessions are longer than usual. We take time to listen to you and to treat you.

We believe that understanding the underlying causes of pain or dysfunction enables the therapist to treat most effectively and enables you to make good self-management decisions.

Our physical therapists have extensive experience in manual therapy techniques and exercise progressions. We are committed to facilitating your optimal function and well being.

Advance Physical Therapy is a physical therapist owned practice offering quality rehabilitation to clients in Chapel Hill, Durham, Carrboro, Pittsboro, Cary and surrounding areas of the Triangle in North Carolina.

Our therapists are highly experienced in traditional physical therapy techniques and have specialized expertise in a variety of areas including Postural Restoration, Manual Therapy, Counterstrain, Schroth based Scoliosis Rehabilitation, Pediatrics, Sports Medicine, Orthotics and Personal Training.
