Innovations in Conservative Scoliosis Treatment

Innovations in Spinal Deformities and Postural Disorders is now published. For authors: Susan Henning, Lisa Mangino and myself, this was a most welcome notification.

Innovations in Spinal Deformities

Our chapter is titled : “Postural Restoration: A Tri-Planar Asymmetrical Framework for Understanding, Assessing, and Treating Scoliosis and Other Spinal Dysfunctions”. This is the culmination of years of work in developing programs for scoliosis and spinal deformities using Postural Restoration methodology at Advance Physical Therapy. We are thrilled to see this information in open access print and available for others to review.  We continue to move forward incorporating classical approaches like the Schroth Method with contemporary and innovative systems like Postural Restoration. Every day we are striving to learn more, to progress and refine our advanced treatment for scoliosis, kyphosis, spinal deformities and postural disorders.
