Recommendation Session with Phil DeNigris, FAQ:

  1. What does a Recommendation Session consist of?  This initial session is meant to be an introductory conversation about your current issue and medical history. It will consist of  2-6 screening tests depending on tolerance of movement, a brief assessment of breathing and recommendations for next steps.
  2. Is this right for me/What is the purpose of this?  If you’d like to be seen by a clinician as soon as possible and be referred specifically to targeted members of our team, this Recommendation Session is for you. We want to learn about your situation and goals for feeling better – whether this is health & fitness, pain relief, or recovery from an old or new injury.
  3. Will I still be able to see a physical therapist? Yes, this Recommendation Session option is to help us troubleshoot and possibly expedite your care. We will direct you to, and communicate with the team member best suited for your unique situation.
  4. Will I be able to work with Phil DeNigris? We will provide our professional recommendations based on your specific situation and movement testing review.
