Before discovering yoga with Molly, I often felt like I was pushing myself into yoga poses that didn’t feel right for my body— shapes that looked “correct,” but didn’t feel right. I would end up with more tension in my body, and sometimes even injury. I struggled with chronic back pain, tight hips and tight neck that affected my energy, mood, and ability to enjoy life fully.
Even with my background in yoga, I didn’t realize that what I really needed was permission to listen to my own body and move in a way that supported my individual body. Molly taught me how to modify poses, use breath and alignment intentionally, and most importantly, how to feel what was right for me. I began to unwind long-held movement patterns that were keeping me stuck in pain and fatigue.
Working with Molly has been transformative. I have learned to re-educate my nervous system and shift from a place of pain, control and rigidity into one of curiosity, ease, and freedom. Our sessions didn’t just change how I practice yoga; it changed how I live in my body.
