Kyle Jackson-Langworthy, PT, DPT brings nearly two decades of high-level coaching experience to Advance FIT, combining the clinical precision of a Doctor of Physical Therapy with the practical intensity, creativity, and energy of elite fitness coaching.
Before becoming a physical therapist, Kyle spent years coaching in high-performance fitness environments, helping everyday clients, performers, athletes, and post-rehab clients build strength, confidence, and resilience. His approach is shaped by multiple advanced systems of thinking – including the United Health and Performance Continuum, Postural Restoration® principles, and nearly two decades of coaching experience.
