Zoom personal training with Beth Elder is fun, effective, and convenient. When it’s time for my appointment, I set up my laptop, move back the furniture, and get ready to move. Going from in-person to Zoom workouts due to the pandemic was an easy transition.

Beth makes such good use of the zoom hour. A total professional, she keeps me moving the whole time, pushing me as hard as I want to be pushed. Ever alert, she guides my posture and technique. Throughout the hour, she asks how I’m doing, adjusting the workout as needed. Beth tailors the routines to my needs, updating the workout to keep it fresh and challenging. Highly recommended!
