Postural Re-balancing class series will begin with simple, basic postural exercises, then build on those skills. As each new postural technique is introduced, the rationale for why it is important and how it can be helpful will be explained. Each class will review specific techniques based on Postural Restoration™ designed to restore balanced posture for optimal breathing and alignment. This class is not designed to be fast-paced, as each technique requires breathing and awareness.
Postural Restoration™ targets our neurological and respiratory systems to improve posture, restore balance, and optimize breathing.
It can be hard to know which tips to follow when it comes to having “good posture”. This class will teach techniques to restore balance to our naturally asymmetrical bodies. The techniques specifically target often underused muscle groups to break inefficient patterns.
Series of 6 classes Wednesdays at 6:30 PM. Starting June 30th.
Package of six classes: $60 total (only $10 per class!) Each class will build on the one before and there will be self assessments to track progress over time.
