Beth graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill in 1991 and has since worked as a personal trainer at various health clubs in the area. Now at Advance PhysicalTherapy, Beth draws on her extensive experience to design personalized workouts which go beyond typical programs through introducing the principlesand concepts of Postural Restoration to the realm of strength training. This unique approach to personal training allows Beth’s clients to enjoy increased core power and physical strength while at the same time having the assurance that the integrity of their musculoskeletal alignment will be protected and enhanced along the way.

Beth believes in implementing training programs that reflect attention to the specific needs and wants of the client. “Listening to what the client says is the most important part of personal training. It is by listening attentively that I know how best to implement a workout routine that brings results.”

Beth encourages clients to empower their mind as well as their body to expedite results. “By developing confidence in one’s abilities, one gains the power to create one’s own reality. Through my training, clients will learn to experience the benefits of both a powerful body and a confident mind; after that, everything else comes naturally.”
